If you are currently without a home for any reason, please be aware that you are still entitled to register for GP services, even without a fixed address or any proof of address. Article 11.54 of the DHSC Guidelines guarantees you your right to register with us, as long as you are within our area. However, please be advised that we must still strictly enforce our catchment area - you can find this here. If you are not resident within our catchment area, we will be happy to direct you to a more suitable surgery.
